	We cannot close them because "we are not the maintainer".
Klee, are you reading this? :)

	Some of that bugs (and some others) are fixed by non-maintainer
uploads, and James Troup has told me several times that I shouldn't
close any of them.  And we can't mark them as "fixed" because we don't
have that severity yet.

	However, I think it would be much better to mark them as fixed
in some way.  I propose changing their title to "FIXED: .....".

	Comments?

	(BTW: Ian, are you working on the "fixed" severity?)
