Being near the freezing of Sarge, mainstream development could only
continue within unstable and follow Etch (i.e. Sarge+1) future
policy. I'm quite sure we will have to prepare unofficial archive
for next stable incoming. Having packages within the main archive
or off is a detail. What's important is the quality of those packages.
What could keep packages definitively off main are license problems,
of course.
