Using stty should be completely unnecessary. Kissattach sets the
serial port speed itself. Just leave the stty out.

Are you sure the _serial_port_ speed is really 1200 bps? It is a common
mistake to set the speed to the radio speed and usually that doesn't match
the serial port speed.
