Hi Jonas,

I noticed that the pandoc executable has moved to a new package,
pandoc-cli [1]. I have added pandoc-cli to our package-plan. I had to
remove support for Lua since it appears to be broken in Stackage LTS 21 [2].

I assume you would like to package/maintain pandoc-cli together with
pandoc (which is now a library only package), is that correct? Let me
know if there are any more missing dependencies.
