It's an interesting idea, although I am scared by the flexibility. What can
guarantee me that every derived license I allow is within my wish. This
would require some certain amount of AI (not too much).

Such a program should have animated pictures of RMS, ESR, Joseph Carter,
Alex, Bill Gates and other people, either shaking head, thump up, looking
angrily or satisfied, in concordance with the license.

But then, I don't think I would use anything but GPL + colicense if
necessary for my own stuff.
