Bug#1014162: lintian's run-time is too long on some packages

Lintian now needs about 3 minutes to check the postgresql-15 source
package alone.

I'm not really willing to wait that long interactively, so chances are
I'll ignore Lintian in the future more than I'd actually like to :(.
