pychopper has switched to a non-free license in new upstream version

Hi,

I'm dropping this mail to draw the attention of anyone who's interested in updating pychopper.
While going through the list of outdated packages, I found pychopper as a candidate. Unfortunately
upstream seems to have modified the license in a way that makes in non-dfsg compliant.
In the commit

     https://github.com/epi2me-labs/pychopper/commit/445bde1611ae2024c50f87e89dfe8c53bc039a32

It says:

'''
1.10. "Research Purposes" means use for internal research and not intended for or directed towards commercial advantages or monetary compensation; provided, however, that monetary compensation does not include sponsored research of research funded by grants.
'''

Best,
Nilesh
