I'm also considering withdrawal from the NM process. I do not feel welcome
to this project; I've done my best to complete all steps quickly and
efficiently but since then there has been no progress at all, and looking
at other candidates I can wait at least half a year from now.
My biggest problem is not the wait for an AM, but the wait after you've
shown that you're worthy enough to join. For what reason do we have to
wait for this long?
