This will also depend on the number (easy to evaluate) and quality
(less easy to evaluate) of the non-reg tests performed with make test.
This should be taken into account when you ponder whether to upload a
new version of an upstream module or not.
You could also check the QA perl site [1] to check the global quality
of a new release.
