Bug#329027: The PPD files are fine, the bug is in whatever is processing them

I've checked in the code, and it's correctly parsing them into floats,
but then converts to an integer value.  So I think this is what's the
likely cause of the problem.  This might be a limitation in the
libgutenprint PostScript family driver
(/usr/lib/gutenprint/5.0.0-rc3/modules/print-ps.so).

In this case, I think Gutenprint may be at fault.  I'll have to follow
this up with upstream.
