Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Run the following python code:
import nxs
e = nxs.NXentry(name= "NXtomo")
e.save("filenamenxs.h5", 'w5')
* What was the outcome of this action?
Got the following exception:
NeXusError

* What outcome did you expect instead?
An hdf5 file filenamenxs.h5 saved with no exception.
Note: Tried this with debian:stable docker and it worked correctly.
