Bug#862882: Drop obsolete Build-Depends on libnm-util-dev

Source: networkmanager-qt
Version: 5.28.0-2
Severity: normal
User: pkg-utopia-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org
Usertags: libnm

Hi,

the libnm-glib/libnm-util libraries have been deprecated upstream in
favour of libnm.

Your package declares a Build-Depends on network-manager-dev and
libnm-util-dev.

Apparently, networkmanager-qt has already been ported over to libnm, so
you can safely drop the libnm-util-dev Build-Depends.

Regards,
Michael
