Again: Please stop blaming other maintainers for not doing what you
want.  We need some means to follow ABI changes.  In Debian we could use
something like r-matrix-abi-VERSION.  As long as you not discussing this
in a qualified wording I will not upload any package that is affected
since I see my time wasted to discuss this in the next ABI change again
and again.

You were teached by Nilesh[1] about the right way to go (BTW, thanks for
scaring away Nilesh[2].)

You were also told that even this statement is wrong.[3]

Finger pointing to others and claiming you can't do anything is what
I call unfair.
