I asked debian-admin about the problem and got an answer
that there was a slight their fault and it should be 
fixed now.

So all of you can now check my modifications and if there
is no big problem I believe I can upload a new tetex-bin
in a short time.

Further, I guess Bug#227361 should be also a bug which 
could be fixed easily and should be fixed before sarge 
release.  How about this?
