Dear Debian TeX maintainers, I have started to package LaTeXila [1], which is a quite new LaTeX editor designed for GNOME. I have declared this task on the ITP bug #579279. When I am ready for a first proposal of my package – I am almost finished –, I shall need some review and a sponsor to upload it to Debian. I have identified two work groups which members may be interested by sponsoring such a package: Debian Science, that is responsible of the package for another LaTeX editor TeXMaker, and you, Debian TeX.
