But this doesn't require that man be on the base set.  If you're
installing the base set and the base set only, then you presumably want
a really lean, mean bare bones system.  The problem can be solved
further down the line when installing the distribution proper.  Since
man is in main and marked as important, everyone should at least see it.

I had thought it was selected by default for me last time I tried, but I
don't really remember.
