What *exact* error message do you see?
How soon does this happen?
Does it happen immediately after switch-on, for example?
If this is Debian 11, have you tried installing Debian 12 or using a
Debian live CD?
If you cannot give details, it makes it very difficult indeed for
anyone here to help you. If you do not feel confident in English,
then the debian-user-german mailing list also exists.
