Bug#160953: ITP: latex-ucs -- LaTeX style/inputencoding for UTF-8 (Unicode)

I'm a computer science student interested to become a Debian developer. I would
like to maintain this package through a mentor, until I'm (possibly) approved.

I downloaded and checked the upstream version, it works without problems.
According to a message in d-legal[1], the LPPL should not impose harmful
problems, since the option to forbid distribution of modified versions is not
used.
