This is GPL only (+ a vague but free license called "shadow license").

I would advise that this package is taken by a seasoned developer as I
believe mkCDrec requires huge modifications to fit Debian policy.
Moreover, mkCDrec ships sources for some utilities like busybox and
tinylogin, and requires that they are compiled at run time.  This
might demand some extra frobnication.
