You are absolutely correct. My personal situation is not representative. I 
happen to have access to up to 10GB (depending on destination). Going to be in 
TB range soon.

The question is that this does not make me forget that most of the users 
around me actually pay per second and have at most 56K. And that the bandwidth 
I have access to is actually theirs.

And I have also not forgotten the times when I had a few thousand users with 
an overall of 28.8 for all of them. And half of a country with 512K.
