[off-topic] bug tracking systems

Hi,

Sorry for the off-topic question but since we keep such a well run bug 
tracking system I was hoping some one might give me some advice.

I was thinking of using a bug tracking system since our project gets
alot of bug reports / wishlist requests.

Is there any reason why debbugs would not be a good choice?  What
about gnats?  I've never tried to administer either one, or any other
for that matter.
