problem report for 2.2.x? non-developer

The web page http://www.debian.org/releases/slink/running-kernel-2.2
doesn't have any info on submitting problem reports with 2.2.x so I'll
post it here.

I have problems with my scsi tape on 2.2.3. I rebooted back and forth
to 2.0.36 and 2.2.3. The tape doesn't work in 2.2.3, but does in 2.0.36.

  mt -f /dev/nst0 eod
mt: /dev/nst0: Device or resource busy

I tried using lsof to see why the tape was busy, but it doesn't seem to
work on 2.2.3. If anyone wants more info I'll be glad to check things,
but for now I'm using 2.0.36 again.

I'm using a Buslogic BT-930 controller and an HP C1537A tape drive.

Sorry if this post isn't appropriate.
