packaging apache modules

hi,
	i am about to package mod_pcgi2, a persistent cgi module
for the zope application server. consider this an ITP. now some
questions: what is the policy for apache modules? how do i get
the LoadModule line in httpd.conf? what is the file xxxModulename.info
present in all the module packages? any other suggestion?
