debian keyring's location changed

My provider has changed the software for their servers this weekend,
mostly for the reason of moving to NT (yuck!) As a result, the address
where debian keyring is located has changed.  It is now available at 
http://www.vaca.net/igor/debian-keyring.tar.gz

Note the absence of the tilde before my name in the address.
