You forgot an IMHO important additional  point:
master 'only' is a 50 bogomips Pentium 90 with 'only' 64 MB of RAM.

I'm sysadm for an ISP who has both Debian & NT machines. All Linux
servers only have 48 or 64 MB of RAM, while 128 MB is the strict minimum
on NT to run SQL Server+IIS+Exchange on a production machine.
The record uptime I've personally seen for a loaded (www+ftp+mail+db)
Linux machine is 5 1/2 months.
