I meant no disrespect to hard-working and under-appreciated
maintainers.
But we all get swamped sometimes, and messages like "I'm busy, can
anybody else handle some of this for now?" wouldn't seem out of place.
Similarly, if (as it appeared) severe bugs are not responded to, is it
out of place to ask if in fact the official maintainer is swamped?
