There are 183 binary packages, don't know about the developercount.

Also this doesn't matter at all. Uploads are made into the staging
area, not into Incoming. A hacked moves the packages into a dist like
structure. The area is kept aptable, so testing is easy.

When a consistent state is reached, you run dinstall in dry-run mode
over the area, and if there are no errors, simply move all packages
into incoming. That's it.

Valid point, currently the tools are hacked standard tools. Let's wait 
until Jules has cleaned them up.
