For OZ, there are probably 3-5 contributors at most, and of those, the amount of
contribution varies greatly.  As to users, its hard to say.

OE/OZ could always use users that are willing to be package maintainers.
That involves building things, which is really a task any power user can
take on.  Scripting knowledge helps, but isnt even a requirement.  OE
and Opie could both use better documentation.. could use someone willing
to be responsible for routing bug/task submissions through to the
correct areas and/or developers, to filter out bogus bug reports, as well.
