Yes, I've been able to succesfully install it several times.

No, even though i'm able to install and set it up, it never stays

My problem seems to be a bad partition or a bad sector on my HD, and lack
of other place to install the Hurd. Once, I get a second computer up and
running I'll try to install Hurd there.
