The client doesn't read sshd_config, so any change to that won't affect its
behaviour.

The reverse lookup? It's done against the address the client used, if client
used ipv4 it'll do an in-addr.arpa. lookup, and if client used ipv6 it'll do
an ip6.int. lookup.
