XWatch is a similar program.  In Debian version 2.10-3 (potato),
/usr/doc/xwatch/xwatch.README says:

    Copyright policy:
        MegaHard (who wants a Microsoft?)
        PostcardWare (send me a postcard from abroad if you like it)
        but really: GPL, see the file COPYING.

...and it is linked against XForms:

chiara:~# ldd /usr/X11R6/bin/xwatch 
        libforms.so.0.88 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libforms.so.0.88 (0x4000f000)
	[...]

So now I'm confused.  Could you please explain?
