It's GPL + additional permissions. It can be treated as pure GPL
(choose to ignore the extra permissions they give you).
It is comparable to the LGPL in so far as it is GPL, plus an extra
exception which allows you to link things with it without making the
whole GPL'ed. (But a slightly less generous exception, since it only
allows you to link it unmodified).
IMO, therefore, it goes into main.
