We are relying on other folks to take the "commercial" aspects of Debian
to the market.
There is a Debian product comming to market, and it will be announced on
c.o.l.a. and probably Debian-announce as well. (hopefully some time this
week) Once it has been released, I will be at liberty to discuss it in
more detail.
The Debian Group need not become involved in these commercial ventures,
although an awareness of the problems of a commercial venture is important
for the support of such ventures. We encourage and look forward to such
companies taking Debian as the basis for their "commercial" product. I
understand that there are several of these products "in the works" as we
speak.
Luck,
Dwarf
