Re: kernel or syskold not supporting flavours
Hi,
I now know why it works for me! From /etc/init.d/syslogd:
______________________________________________________________________
# Use KLOGD="-k /boot/System.map-$(uname -r)" to specify System.map
#
KLOGD="-k /boot/System.map-$(uname -r)"
______________________________________________________________________
I shall expand the Flavours file to include this little
snippet.
I did indeed try submitting it to Linus, but I don't know if I
got through. (That was the week my IS was on the RBL). I'll try
again.
