However, it is possible to set up ssh over cvs in a way that allows you to
give users accounts that can only be used to access the cvs archives. It
works very similarly to how debian's push mirror setup works, in fact I
based it on that (so if a hole is found in this, debian's mirror setup
likely has a problem too..)
