new French debian mirror sites

Hello,

there are 2 new FTP servers in France:

ftp.fr.debian.org:/debian (also have /debian-non-US)
(aka: ftp.proxad.net)
Mirrors the complete archive.

and

ftp.marseille.fr.debian.org:/pub/debian (also have /pub/debian-non-US)
(aka: ftp.resus.univ-mrs.fr)
Only mirrors source+i386 (both stable&unstable)

Both machines have a pretty good connection.
