reopen 시에 "=" 기호를 기재하거나 또는 발신자 주소(originator address)를
빈 공란으로 남겨두면 발신자가 해당 버그 보고서의 제출자로 대치됩니다.
"!" 기호를 기재하면 발신자는 지금 reopen 명령어를 시도하는
바로 여러분의 전자메일 주소로 대치됩니다.
